• 11:10 a.m. Monday - Shaneese Christine Wilson, 26, Goshen, arrested for burglary. No bond set.
• 11:35 a.m. Monday - Winter Kay Colwell, 24, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:08 p.m. Monday - Sergio Rodriguez, 29, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $328.50.
• 2:56 p.m. Monday - Joseph John Bates, 23, Chicago, Ill., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 3:50 p.m. Monday - Larry Ellis Konkle, 51, of 1108 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for confinement, on a warrant and on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond set.
• 6:19 p.m. Monday - Stephanie Louis Orten, 35, of 4329 N. Ind. 13, Leesburg, arrested for fraud and invasion of privacy. No bond set.
• 9:42 p.m. Monday - Connie Sue Sindelar, 58, of 2668 E. Evergreen Drive, Warsaw, arrested for OWI with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:06 p.m. Monday - Jian Ying Zhen, 49, of 101 Isleview Drive, Winona Lake, arrested for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage. Bond: $500.
• 3:44 a.m. today - Buck Slone, 56, of 704 E. Center St., Apt. C, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol/drugs. Bond: $400.
Property Damage Accidents
• 11:49 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East Center Street and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car- semi tractor-trailer collision. Drivers: Brendt L. Smith, 59, West Canal Street, Winona Lake; Ezell Jackson, 57, Milledgeville, Ga. Smith was intoxicated, uncooperative with officers and arrested for OWI, resisting law enforcement and battery on law enforcement. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1 p.m. Friday - 1801 E. Center St., Warsaw. Van backed into awning at Auto Zone, 1800 E. Center St., Warsaw. Driver: Robin H. Lanham, 27, Crown Point. Damage: $750-$1,000. WPD.
