The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:27 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Alan Maggert, 35, of 9678 N. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
1:32 a.m. Wednesday - Kurt Olen Elder, 64, Plymouth, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:09 a.m. Tuesday - A warrant was served in the 1200 block of Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:42 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic offense was reported for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 1300 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:12 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle in the 3200 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
