• 12:01 a.m. today - Alex Cruz Pusey, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
Personal Injury Accident
• 12:15 a.m. Monday - 5901 E. Pickwick Road, 36 feet east of East Searfross Drive, Syracuse. Car left road and hit a fence belonging to Wawasee Conservancy Foundation, East Pickwick Road, Syracuse; traveled through a yard, crossed Pickwick Road; hit three mailboxes belonging to Ryan Smith, East Pickwick Road, Syracuse; Ronald Graber, East Searfross Drive, Syracuse; and Margo Searfross, East Searfross Drive, Syracuse; and then came to rest against a tree belonging to Ryan Smith. Driver: James J. Miller, 49, Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Miller had an injury to the neck and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
