• 11:41 a.m. Tuesday - Cody Hawken Osborn, 36, of 61 EMS W23 Lane, North Webster, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:59 a.m. Tuesday - Shawn Andrew Collins, 34, of 893 Carrington Blvd., Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 3:21 p.m. Tuesday - Ronald Brian Bame, 52, of 100 EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:46 p.m. Tuesday - Catrina Marie Black, 37, Huntington, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 5:18 p.m. Tuesday - Lyndale Owen Schmucker, 41, of 2033 S. Ind. 5, lot 57, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,250.
• 6:43 p.m. Tuesday - Andrew Joseph West, 34, of 909 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:49 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Johnathan Stump, 55, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:19 p.m. Tuesday - Orien Jacob Rosbrugh, 28, of 313 E. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for obstruction of justice, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.
• 9:28 p.m. Tuesday - Andrew Jeffery Horn, 54, of 2546 Parent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:48 p.m. Tuesday - Tina Lyn Hurst, 42, of 8368 E. Lakeview Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:59 a.m. Wednesday - Shelby Obrien Kelly, 33, of 411 W. Perry St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:57 a.m. Wednesday - Mark Duane Smith, 53, Olive Branch, Miss., arrested for intimidation and invasion of privacy. Bond: $3,000.

• 12:15 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Rozella Road and Logan Street, Warsaw. Car hit curb and possibly a tree. Driver: Pamela D. Heins, 57, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - A drug investigation was opened for a person in possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia in the 2200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:37 p.m. Tuesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 300 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:24 a.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle in the 400 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
