• 2:59 p.m. Thursday - James Robert Gaskins Jr., 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $719.
• 3:50 p.m. Thursday - Tracy Lynne Krieg, 56, of 1555 S. Ferguson Road, Warsaw, arrested for battery - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 4:14 p.m. Thursday - David Lee Goad, 29, of 1324 Lexington Drive, Winona Lake, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - felony. No bond set.
• 5:06 p.m. Thursday - Angelique Darlene Holmes, 30, of 201 E. South St., Burket, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor, failure to appear - misdemeanor, on a warrant in a civil matter and on a warrant. No bond set.
• 5:39 p.m. Thursday - Victoria S. Rutledge, 59, of 6273 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Bond: $500.
• 10:34 p.m. Thursday - Timothy Frederick Howard, 34, of 314 N. West St., Milford, arrested on three counts of possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:39 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Jalynn Street and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Brenda J. Payton-Burnett, 63, Parent Drive, Warsaw; Robert S. Hiatt, 62, EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Payton-Burnett complained of pain to her knee but refused medical treatment. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:20 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and U.S. 30, Warsaw. SUV hit a guardrail. Driver: Tylor M. Hall, 24, West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Hall had a suspended driver’s license with a prior. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:50 a.m. Thursday - South Buffalo Street, 20 feet south of West Prairie Street, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: David S. Miller, 33, Peru, Ind.; James W. Leeper, 27, Columbia City. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:51 a.m. Thursday - U.S. 30, 200 feet west of Van Ness Road, Winona Lake. Car went off road and into ditch. Driver: Christopher P. Russell, 47, Fort Wayne. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WLPD.
