The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 4:56 p.m. Sunday - Michael Lee Smith Jr., 40, of 8469 N. CR 620E, Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 5:10 p.m. Sunday - Roselin Mendez-Jiminez, 35, North Manchester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining license and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 9 p.m. Sunday - Alexander Glen Hurley, 25, Columbia City, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 10:22 a.m. Monday - Matthew Wayne Kreft, 47, of 1506 Tippecanoe Drive, #D2, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $500.
• Noon Monday - Jerry Wayne Monroe, 71, Wabash, arrested for invasion of privacy and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.
• 1:40 p.m. Monday - Tony D. Griffith, 55, Yemassee, S.C., arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended resulting in death and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
• 5 p.m. Monday - Stephen Ray Hayes Jr., 36, homeless, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 6:56 p.m. Monday - Isabella Michele Long, 24, of 110 N. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:05 p.m. Monday - Morgan Anthony Kuckuck, 37, of 6127 S. CR 625W, South Whitley, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 11:56 p.m. Monday - Kayla Rose Beck, 30, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia with a prior. Bond: $600.
• 9:18 a.m. Tuesday - Keeda Louise Bowland, 19, Laketon, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

Incidents
• 11:25 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 100 block of Detroit Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
