• 9:20 a.m. Thursday - Amber Lee Tomblin, 31, of 7 EMS D18B Lane, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $500.
• 1:50 p.m. Thursday - Ty Michael Sims, 23, of 9788 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.
• 2:17 p.m. Thursday - Doyle Ray Valentine, 37, Muncie, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $6,000.
• 3:37 p.m. Thursday - Justin Harold Mickem, 36, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #96, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.
• 4:27 p.m. Thursday - Todd Douglas Metz, 45, of 10 Yvonna St., Leesburg, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,250.
• 9:53 p.m. Thursday - Juan V. Tepo, 18, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #80, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.
• 10:19 p.m. Thursday - Cory Michael Thomas, 42, of 3070 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $6,000.
• 11:38 p.m. Thursday - Zachariah David Konkle, 29, of 3750 Lake City Hwy., #11, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond set.
• 1:06 a.m. today - Michael Angelo Messina, 24, Las Vegas, Nev., arrested for stalking violations. Bond: $50,250.
• 1:36 a.m. today - Benjamin Michael Stewart, 45, Hyampom, Calif., arrested on three counts of failure to pay and failure to appear - felony. No bond set.
Personal Injury Accident
• 6:18 p.m. Thursday - South Ind. 19, 1,000 feet north of West CR 900S, Mentone. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Ross D. O’Connor, 16, East Main Street, Mentone; Gregory H. Foster, 47, East CR 350S, Pierceton. Injuries: Ross complained of pain to his entire body and was taken by ambulance to a Fort Wayne hospital; Foster had a fracture dislocation to the lower leg and multiple other injuries and was flown by Samaritan to a Fort Wayne hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:30 p.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 15, 800 feet south of West CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Chelsie M. Penrod, 31, South Ind. 15, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 4:40 a.m. Thursday - North Lake Street, 75 feet south of Osborn Street, Warsaw. Car went off road and hit outdoor furniture belonging to Everything Outdoors, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Eduardo A. Duenas, 18, East Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:54 a.m. Thursday - South CR 1000W, 1,500 feet south of West CR 700S, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Debra I. Teel, 60, East Rochester Street, Akron. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 10:30 a.m. Thursday - 350 E. CR 200N, Warsaw. Van hit parked car registered to Marciano Pudilo, Liberal, Kan. Driver: Emmaline C. Halas, 18, West Main Street, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 8:34 p.m. Thursday - North CR 700E, 36 feet south of East May Lane, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Driver: Amanda J. Tinsley, 36, North CR 700E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
Incident
• 6:08 a.m. Wednesday - A habitual traffic violator was arrested in the 1100 block of North Indiana Avenue, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
