The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:11 p.m. Thursday - Jason Wayne Elijah, 52, of 121 E. Esterbrook Drive, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,000.
• 1:28 p.m. Thursday - Dustin Scott Jansma, 35, of 5440 N. CR 450E, Leesburg, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $500.
• 1:55 p.m. Thursday - James Robert Roder, 41, of 109 EMS B28 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $20,000.
• 2:35 p.m. Thursday - Raymond Edward Pritchett, 40, Los Angeles, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $500.
• 3:13 p.m. Thursday - Michael George Cooper, 40, of 522 Inwood Circle, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $10,000.
• 4:15 p.m. Thursday - Austin Michael Sherburne, 26, of 205 E. Sycamore St., Silver Lake, arrested on a sex offender registration violation. Bond: $20,000.
• 4:57 p.m. Thursday - Colleen Irene Norris, 55, of 4258 E. Duffy Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and dealing paraphernalia. Bond: $10,000.
• 1:18 a.m. Friday - Brittany Joanna Hunter, 38, of 1303 Husky Trail, #109, Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $10,000.

• 5:30 a.m. Thursday - West CR 125N, 1,000 feet west of North CR 875W, Etna Green. SUV hit deer. Driver: Erica M. Purvis, 51, South Hohman Lane, Claypool. Injury: Purvis complained of chest pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:56 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of West Old U.S. 30 and West CR 100N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Christopher Dawson, 20, South Woodfield Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 6:10 a.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 800S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Lisa M. Jayne, 36, East Main Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 3:17 p.m. Thursday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 500 block of Inwood Circle, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 9:22 p.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 2300 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:59 a.m. Friday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 200 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:41 a.m. Friday - Domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Syracuse. SPD.
