• 10:19 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremy DeWayne Baker, 30, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #31, Pierceton, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:15 a.m. Wednesday - Damien Leroy Heeter, 26, of 3726 W. Old 30, #49, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:20 p.m. Wednesday - Marcus Matthew Neer, 46, of 3762 W. Old 30, #619, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
