• 3:06 a.m. Sunday - Jose R. Gutierrez Torrealba, 33, of 1202 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:28 a.m. Sunday - Justin Riley West, 35, of 680 N. CR 850W, lot 92, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,000.
• 9:30 a.m. Sunday - Jesus Moyotl Cielo, 22, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #186, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 10:20 p.m. Sunday - Justin M. Albert, 38, of 622 Pam St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
• 11:27 p.m. Sunday - Auban Thomas Haller, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $15,500.
• 11:28 a.m. Monday - Adam Christopher Devolder, 39, Marion, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 8:03 p.m. Friday - Ind. 13, 500 feet south of East CR 900N, Syracuse. Van hit deer. Driver: Andrea McCoy, 38, East North Road, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:57 a.m. Sunday - South Packerton Road, 500 feet north of East Ind. 14, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Leslie J. Miles, 49, East Clark Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
Incidents
• 1:16 a.m. Sunday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 1600 block of Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:47 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:02 p.m. Sunday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 5:53 p.m. Sunday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:56 p.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 500 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. KCSO.
