Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:08 p.m. Wednesday - Santiago Romero Contreras, 39, of 9302 W. CR 100S, Etna Green, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $200,000.
• 10:38 p.m. Wednesday - Tara Rae Stephens, 42, of 2160 S. Ind. 19, Mentone, arrested for domestic battery against a family member less than 14. Bond: $20,000.
• 11:09 p.m. Wednesday - Olivia Cayelynn Pender, 18, of 5918 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $500.
• 11:12 p.m. Wednesday - Alejandro Cruz, 39, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #79, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension, operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior. Bond: $500.
• 11:15 p.m. Wednesday - Jaydan Tanner Goshert, 22, of 8764 S. CR 425W, Silver Lake, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $20,000.
• 12:41 a.m. Thursday - Dezirae Maria Dobbs, 32, of 418 S. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 3 a.m. Thursday - Darwin Darrell Downs Francis, 39, of 202 Argonne Road, #6, Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.

Accident
• 4:42 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of East CR 500N and EMS T8 Lane, Leesburg. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Christopher J. Cook Jr., 21, Hilltop Avenue, Warsaw; Gina R. Ruff, 43, East Asbury Lane, North Webster. Injuries: Cook had a contusion to the head; passenger in Ruff’s vehicle, Dustin E. Ruff, 45, East Asbury Lane, North Webster, had an injury to the elbow/lower arm. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:25 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of North CR 350W and West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Logan Chapman, 35, West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO. 

Incidents
• 1:43 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 1700 block of North CR 150W, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:54 a.m. Thursday - Reckless driving was reported in the 3800 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:49 a.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 9200 block of North Koher Road East, Syracuse. KCSO.
• 4:15 a.m. Thursday - Theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
