The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:24 p.m. Sunday - Christopher Michael Scott, 33, South Bend, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $500.
• 3:38 p.m. Sunday - Brandon Timothey Eads, 38, of 304 W. Walnut St., Claypool, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 1:20 a.m. Monday - Cornell Robert Hackey, 54, of 307 Tecumseh St., #D, Warsaw, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer - fighting. Bond: $750.

• 1:30 a.m. Sunday - U.S. 30, 343 feet west of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: David V. Bracy, 43, Chicago. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:54 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Fisher Avenue and Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Matthew B. Lowman, 40, South Country Club Road, Warsaw; Jesus A. Ceja-Campos, 18, Deer Run North, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 7:40 a.m. Monday - Country Club Road, 150 feet south of Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Erica C. Hernandez, 23, Sharon Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 1:06 a.m. Sunday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1300 block of North Santorini Drive, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:56 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 2000 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 4:25 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement in the 100 block of South Main Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 3:12 p.m. Sunday - Misdemeanor battery was reported in the 1700 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:16 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2100 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:37 a.m. Monday - A domestic complaint was reported in the 300 block of Tecumseh Street, Warsaw. WPD.
