• 4:02 a.m. Thursday - Jose Luis Perez-Hernandez, 26, Campbellsburg, Ky., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 12:15 a.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 2200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:29 a.m. Thursday - Harassment was reported in the 400 block of East Greenwalt Extension, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
