• 10:13 a.m. Thursday - Harold D. Vandoren, 52, of 1947 N. CR 1000E, Akron, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:09 p.m. Thursday - Mark Richard Utter, 43, of 1823 Cambridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 5 p.m. Thursday - Carl D. Porter, 52, of 20673 Amanda Lane, Milford, arrested for check deception. Bond: $500.

• 7:18 p.m. Thursday - Domingo Melendez III, 43, of 404 S. Maple St., #A, Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $350.

• 9:32 p.m. Thursday - Wade Paul Elliott, 48, Argos, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:11 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of South Ind. 13 and  East Ind. 14, North Manchester. Car went off road into field, went into parking area and hit utility pole. Driver: Judy K. Nicodemus, 79, East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Nicodemus was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: Over $100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:54 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of South CR 400W and West CR 100S, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Linda K. Murphy, 77, South CR 600W, Silver Lake; Tyler E. Leiter, 28, Bremen. Injuries: Murphy complained of pain to her entire body; Leiter complained of back pain.  Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSO.

• 3:59 p.m. Thursday - North CR 300E, 800 feet east of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Randy O. Kubley, 35, North Gettysburg Court, Warsaw; Mark A. Phillabaum, 62, East CR 1100N, Syracuse. Injuries: Kubley complained of eye pain; Phillabaum complained of shoulder/upper arm pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 6:01 p.m. Thursday - West CR 400N, 10 feet east of North Meadow Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Lisa D. Beckner, 48, East Main Street, Warsaw; Jovanni Garza, 22, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Beckner complained of pain to the elbow/lower arm; Garza had a fracture dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot; a passenger in Garza’s vehicle, Juan A. Calderon, 21, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, complained of hip/upper leg pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:59 a.m. Thursday - East U.S. 30, 300 feet west of Arnolt Drive, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Stephanie L. Gillum, 28, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 1 p.m. Thursday - 606 Robson Road, Winona Lake. Car hit garage. Driver: Shirley A. Stevens, 87, St. Marys Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 2:49 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Springhill Road, Warsaw. Semi-trailer/SUV collision. Drivers: John A. King, 45, Burkburnett, Texas; Rebecca J. Dingeldein, 64, North CR 320W, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:21 p.m. Thursday - West U.S. 30, 500 feet east of North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Pickup went down embankment and hit sign. Driver: Yamir Trens, 33, Grand Island, Nev. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 11:42 p.m. Thursday - East U.S. 30, 2,000 feet east of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Paul G. Croswell, 70, Fort Wayne. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 7:36 a.m. Friday - East CR 1000N, 50 feet west of North Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell. Van hit deer. Driver: Elva C. Kissell, 65, East CR 450N, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:31 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 400 block of Chevy Way, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 8900 block of East U.S. 30, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 11:29 p.m. Thursday - A person driving while suspended with a prior suspension was reported in the 700 block of South CR 250E, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 1:37 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 1100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
