• 10:15 a.m. Tuesday - Jason Ray Tolley, 45, Niles, Mich., arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $20,250.
• 10:30 a.m. Tuesday - Trent Matthew Feeny, 34, Hudson, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $12,500.

• 2:08 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East CR 500N and North CR 900E, North Webster. SUV hit utility pole and rolled over several times. Driver: Ethan M. Bailey, 25, Fort Wayne. Injury: Bailey had an internal neck injury. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:08 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and North CR 325E, Warsaw. Truck-van collision. Drivers: Bixler W. Bixler, 69, East CR 200N, Pierceton; Amanda Dunn, 38, Medford, Ore. Injury: Dunn complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 2:01 a.m. Oct. 22 - Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 500W, Nappanee. Two-car collision. Drivers: Danielle M. Stickel, 37, Goshen; Kiel Martin, 27, West Market Street, Nappanee. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
