• 5:27 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan Keith Kirksey, 38, Merrillville, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:57 p.m. Tuesday - Olivia Agnes Alka Lour Morrow, 20, of 520 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and strangulation. No bond set.

• 6:09 p.m. Tuesday - Malcolm Dupree Steward, 24, of 520 S. Columbia St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16, confinement and interfering in the reporting of a crime. No bond set.

• 1:23 a.m. Wednesday - Timothy Ray Ruggles, 48, of 223 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
