• 4:10 p.m. Monday - Joshua Michael Brown, 34, Pierceton, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.

• 9:47 a.m. Tuesday - Robert R. Marshall, 33, of 1344 Ind. 13, Pierceton, arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond: $600.

• 1:46 p.m. Tuesday - Kimberly D. Balandzich, 42, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond listed.
