• 10:56 a.m. Sunday - Darren Allen Diaz, 39, of 519 W. Winona Ave., #E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault, criminal trespass and interfering in the reporting of a crime. No bond set.
• 3:45 p.m. Sunday - Ethan William Michael Robinett, 21, of 504 E. Main St., Silver Lake, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 4:12 p.m. Sunday - Heather Jo Dausman, 41, of 600N. Lake St., #C, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 4:36 p.m. Sunday - Benjamin Joseph Olivarez, 25, of 6 EMS B48 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:51 a.m. Monday - Jamie Dashawn Shannon, 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:04 a.m. Monday - Brett Allen Niccum, 26, of 202 S. High St., North Manchester, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 4 p.m. Saturday - West Old 30, 500 feet east of North CR 650W, Warsaw. Car left road and came to rest in a small body of water. Driver: Walter R. Tucker, 78, South Ind. 15, Warsaw. Injury: Tucker possibly had a medical episode and was transported to the hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:28 p.m. Saturday- South Packerton Road, 30 feet south of East CR 1000S, Claypool. Car hit steel post. Driver: Elizabeth A. Foust, 68, West 5th Street, North Manchester. Injury: Foust had minor bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 6:12 p.m. Saturday - North CR 650E, 600 feet south of East CR 200N, Pierceton. Motorcycle left road. Driver: Michael T. McCandless, 51, Defiance, Ohio. Injury: McCandless had a fracture dislocation to the shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 6:42 p.m. Saturday - South Country Club Road, 500 feet south of East Seymour Midwest Drive, Warsaw. Car hit by unknown vehicle. Remaining driver: Sarah L. Johnson, 34, Anchorage Road. Injuries: Passengers in Johnson’s vehicle, Jayden Wuokko, 10, Anchorage Road; Zion Watson, 3, address unknown; Dhavelle Jackson, 13, Anchorage Road; and Jhavelle Jackson, 13, address unknown, all complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 8:07 p.m. Saturday - West U.S. 30, 300 feet west of North CR 875W, Etna Green. Van hit deer. Driver: Kaylan L. Davis, 26, Valparaiso. Injury: Davis had minor bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 11:22 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of Jalynn Street and Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jayden A. Stratton, 17, EMS R4B Lane, Pierceton; Shirley J. Tatter, 88, Arlington Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Tatter complained of being shaken up. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
