• 4:09 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin Michael Myers, 36, of 2575 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $10,000.
• 5:01 p.m. Tuesday - Jorge Michael Moreno, 36, Hammond, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:42 a.m. Wednesday - Elesha Jean Freeman, 29, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, #38, North Manchester, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $10,000.
• 12:39 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan Lee Bussard, 50, of 409 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $10,000.

• 2:02 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Parker Street, Warsaw. Car-ambulance collision. Drivers: Nancy L. Shellhaas, 69, Westerville, Ohio; Dylan C. Childers, 28, Bargersville. Injuries: Shellhaas complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; passengers in Childers’ vehicle, Brooklyn Cox, 28, North CR 200E, Leesburg, complained of knee/lower leg/pain; and Adrianna Fuentes, 37, East Fourth Street, Milford, complained of back pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:02 p.m. Sunday - 2495 Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Eric Estep, 45, East Brookfield Circle, Warsaw; Lora A. Kirkpatrick, 41, West Zims Court, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
