• 11:36 a.m. Friday - Osbaldo Sanchez Patino, 19, of 1604 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $500.
• 2:27 p.m. Friday - Jonathan Michael Stephan, 32, of 3355 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.
• 6:30 p.m. Friday - Remington Maxwell Lafollette, 22, of 3867 N. Ind. 15, #3, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:47 a.m. Saturday - Regino Urusa Olivera, 62, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #185, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:23 a.m. Saturday - Jack Elliott Faler, 20, of 8150 E. North Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol by alcohol. No bond set.
• 3:40 p.m. Saturday - Amy Jo Dickerhoff, 54, of 508 S. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $15,250.
• 10:47 p.m. Saturday - David Michael Vela, 37, of 201 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and felony parole violation. No bond set.
• 7:52 p.m. Saturday - Shawn Dion Hale, 22, Columbia City, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash. Bond: $25,000.
• 5:07 p.m. Saturday - David Dwayne Hopkins, 55, of 2307 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

Vining, 42, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Injuries: Vining complained of neck pain; a passenger in Vining’s vehicle, Leah M. Vining, 37, South County Farm Road, Claypool, complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
