• 10:51 p.m. Monday - Javier Gomez, 32, of 1520 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 2:37 a.m. Tuesday - Rogelio Hernandez-Martinez, 25, of 521 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault, invasion of privacy, domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and failure to appear. Bond: $14,000.
• 11 a.m. Tuesday - Esteban Rosas, 29, of 907 E. Walnut St., Akron, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:53 p.m. Tuesday - Brandon Robert Chambers, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol and disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.
• 7:23 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher James Beamish, 28, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 8:09 p.m. Tuesday - Ashley M. Kerlin, 38, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, lot 21, North Webster, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $700.
• 9:09 p.m. Tuesday - Shiloh Lee Steiner, 49, of 3513 E. CR 400S, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 12:20 p.m. Wednesday - Andrew Steven Riley, 51, homeless, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 12:26 p.m. Wednesday - Donald R. Prater, 63, of 5975 W. Red Bird Lane, Mentone, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:25 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of North CR 800W and U.S. 30, Etna Green. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Joseph P. Vonderheid, 79, Elkhart; Emily J. Donaldson, 39, Columbia City. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 5:47 a.m. Monday - North CR 800W, 800 feet south of West CR 640N, Etna Green. Pickup hit deer. Driver: John Chupp, 35, Argos. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 9:56 a.m. Tuesday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 1800 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:45 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication by alcohol in the 200 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:16 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person in violation of driving conditions and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 100 block of North Higbee Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 3:36 p.m. Tuesday - A welfare check was performed in the 7500 block of West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
