• 10:24 a.m. Wednesday - Michael Leo Macneil, 59, of 202 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.
• 11:27 a.m. Wednesday - Melissa R. Morsches, 33, Harlan, arrested for driving while suspended - infraction and failure to appear - original charge infraction. Bond: $750.
• 1:41 p.m. Wednesday - Martina L. Dawson, 46, Goshen, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $600.
• 1:42 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Wade Honea, 29, of 4535 N. Ind. 13, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $2,500.
• 2:05 p.m. Wednesday - Tanner Lee McMahan, 22, Goshen, arrested for dealing a look-alike substance - level 6 felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:06 p.m. Wednesday - Carlos Arnold Pagan Ortiz, 34, of 716 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon, battery resulting in serious bodily injury, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
Personal Injury Accidents
• 11:56 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 650W, Warsaw. Pickup-semi tractor trailer collision. Drivers: Wade A. Overholser, 42, Huntington; Andrew Shadorsko, 35, Aurora, Ill. Injury: Overholser complained of pain to the entire body, suffered minor cuts and scratches and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6 a.m. Wednesday - 3454 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian, Rachel I. Marose, 34, East CR 225S, Warsaw. Driver: Thomas E. Davidson, 26, West Monroe Street, Mentone. Injury: Marose complained of pain to the knee and lower leg and was taken to a hospital for evaluation. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:14 p.m. Tuesday - North East Wawasee Drive, 400 feet south of East CR 1250N, Syracuse. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Donald R. McAfee, 73, EMS D22A Lane, Syracuse; Caleb D. Shively, 18, EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
• 2:42 p.m. Tuesday - 1 Warrior Path, Syracuse. Wawasee High School mini bus hit parked SUV registered to Jenna L. Williamson, North Sullivan Road, Leesburg. Driver: Steven P. Coverstone, 62, East Backwater Road, North Webster. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 6:32 p.m. Tuesday - South Beaver Dam Road, 1,000 feet west of South CR 700W, Claypool. SUV hit and killed dog. Driver: Kelsey S. Miller, 22, West Ind. 14, Akron. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.
• 6:30 a.m. Wednesday - West CR 200S, 10 feet north of South CR 600W, Warsaw. SUV went off road and into ditch, hitting a utility pole. Driver: Brandi S. Montelongo, 23, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
• 3:22 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center and North McKinley streets, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Stephen S. Park, 66, East Market St., Warsaw; Stephanie M. Rabey, 35, North Franklin Street, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
