• 10:35 a.m. Monday - Brandi Sue Holbrook, 42, Kendallville, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:15 p.m. Tuesday - Jonathan Wayne Calloway, 24, Logansport, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:40 p.m. Tuesday - Leta Marie McNeal, 46, of 802 E. Center St., #126, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing serious bodily injury. Bond: $5,000.
• 1:28 p.m. Wednesday - Nathaniel Lawrence Devault, 22, of 1704 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for sexual battery. Bond: $15,250.

Injuries: Senter complained of back pain; a passenger in Cole’s vehicle, Cole Maddison, 4, North CR 400E, Syracuse, complained of head pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:25 p.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 0.78 miles west of East Springhill Road, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Sydney L. Walters, 29, North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw; Zacharias V. Stills, 17, North Walnut Street, Etna Green. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
