The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 5:47 p.m. Monday - Edward Danny Freeman, 24, Chicago, arrested on two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:10 p.m. Monday - Jose Juan Lopez, 51, of 3762 W. Old U.S. 30, #384, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 12:01 p.m. Tuesday - Braska Sue Cartwright, 32, of 508 W. Market St., Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $15,000.
• 6:18 p.m. Tuesday - Marco Antonio Sanchez-Hernandez, 21, South Bend, arrested for identity deception. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:56 a.m. Wednesday - Christopher Taylor Tackett, 28, of 116 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.
• 12:58 a.m. Wednesday - Samantha Cone, 43, of 12385 N. CR 800W, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in body - first offense, possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:16 a.m. Friday - Intersection of West CR 600N and North CR 500W, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Mark E. Ader, 66, EMS B1 Lane, Leesburg; Judy Holbrook, 66, North CR 400W, Leesburg. Injuries: Ader complained of shoulder/upper arm pain; Holbrook complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:20 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 100E and East CR 300N, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Susan M. Sellin, 72, Grace Village Drive, Winona Lake; William A. Kelly, 59, North CR 300E, Leesburg. Injuries: Sellin had minor bleeding to the face; Kelly complained of chest pain. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 7 a.m. Sept. 25 - Intersection of West CR 550S and South County Farm Road, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Adriene Early, 41, North Main Street, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 8:38 a.m. Friday - North CR 100E, 300 feet north of East CR 350N, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: James E. Hall Jr., 55, Coldwater, Mich.; John S. Courson, 61, East Pine Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 3:34 p.m. Sunday - 208 S. Old Ind. 15, Leesburg. Car hit mailbox. Driver: Vieng Phetyasp, 62, Yvonna Street, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 6:57 a.m. Tuesday - East Pierceton Road, 200 feet west of South CR 275E, Winona Lake. Pickup hit deer. Driver: William Baldridge, 70, South Main Street, South Whitley. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 8:19 a.m. Tuesday - East Hatchery Road, 100 feet south of McClintic Road, Syracuse. Car hit utility pole and street sign. Driver: Charles Siwy, 75, East Koher Road, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 11:23 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for domestic battery causing moderate bodily injury and criminal mischief in the 100 block of North CR 300E, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 1:40 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 800 block of South Higbee Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 2:40 p.m. Tuesday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 3600 block of South Country Club Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
