• 12:58 a.m. today - Thomas Dewayne Hope, 24, Gadsden, Ala., arrested for theft of property valued at least $750 and less than $50,000 and on a warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 1 a.m. today - Issac Adam Finchum, 23, Newport, Tenn., arrested for theft of a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license - second offense. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:45 a.m. today - Amanda Marie Kidd, 22, of 3540 N. CR 1025W, Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 2:48 a.m. today - James Henry Barr, 34, Columbia City, arrested on two counts of theft and failure to appear. Bond: $6,868.87.

• 10:46 a.m. Friday - South Ind. 25, 2,000 feet south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Danny Zamora, 18, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Alexa D. Holland, 21, North Old U.S. 31, Rochester. Injury: Nicholas Lowman, 16, West Old 30, Warsaw, a passenger in Holland’s car, complained of pain to the lower leg. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. • 3:39 p.m. Saturday - East Koher Road South, 900 feet east of Koher Road East, Syracuse. Car went off road and hit a tree. Driver: Peter Schmidt, 36, East Koher Road South, Syracuse. • 4:01 a.m. Saturday - The theft of a debit card and the fraudulent use of the card to withdraw cash from an account was reported in the 200 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. Loss: $428.50. WPD.
