• 2:48 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East Center and North Scott streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Timothy M. Mauk, 76, West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw; Kaysea T. Hook, 26, West Center Street, Warsaw. Injury: Hook had a contusion to the abdomen/pelvis. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:58 p.m. Friday - Interchange of Ind. 15 and U.S. 30 off ramp D, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: David G. Rodriguez Jr., 20, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw; Kaleb L. Hall, 33, North West Street, Warsaw; Kylar R. Zastrow, 55, Highland Drive, Warsaw; Mason D. Miller, 18, Goshen. Injuries: Rodriguez had a contusion to the neck; Hall complained of neck pain; Zastrow had minor bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot; a passenger in Zastrow’s vehicle, Todd R.
