• 5:30 p.m. Wednesday - Cory Andrew Walton, 32, Marion, arrested for manufacturing/dealing a controlled substance and possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $25,500.
• 9 a.m. Thursday - Michael Angel Islas Jr., 40, of 20248 U.S. 6, #6, Milford, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
•4:23 p.m. Thursday - Donaciano Castorena Acosta, 46, of 1018 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.
• 6:47 p.m. Thursday - Tessla Anne Stephen, 29, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:44 p.m. Thursday - Brad Allan McCord Jr., 30, Urbana, arrested for theft. Bond: $1,500.
• 11:39 p.m. Thursday - John Carlos Garcia Jr., 22, of 710 S. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:56 a.m. Friday - Caleb Fenstermaker, 37, Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $7,500.
• 7:12 a.m. Friday - Shane Christopher Smalley, 30, of 3992 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
Incidents
• 12:55 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for public intoxication by alcohol in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 9:23 p.m. Thursday - Suspicious activity was reported in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:49 p.m. Thursday - A warrant was served in the 700 block of South Zimmer Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:33 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more in the 2000 block of Oakwood Drive, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:53 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the • 1100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
