• 12:12 a.m. Thursday - Sophia Jacelyn Sue Long, 23, of 900 Charles St., Winona Lake, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $600.
• 2:34 a.m. Thursday - Shane Christopher Smalley, 30, homeless, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $400.
• 6:35 a.m. Thursday - Dennis Paul Culler, 35, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #12, Milford, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 7 a.m. Thursday - Bonel Joseph, 51, Goshen, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 1 p.m. Thursday - Vincent Edward Tillotson, 27, Hammond, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
