• 2:21 p.m. Wednesday - Cody William Obacz, 27, of 3104 W. Wooster Road, #29, Pierceton, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:26 p.m. Wednesday - Robert Allen Stouder, 41, of 503 W. Center St., #A, Warsaw, arrested on felony failure to appear and bond revocation. No bond set.
• 3:40 p.m. Wednesday - Clark Kimbel Carter, 63, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 5:27 p.m. Wednesday - Larry Lee Dennis Jr., 51, of 11510 N. Venetian Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated with serious bodily injury. Bond: $5,750.
• 6:12 p.m. Wednesday - Juan Carlos Hernandez Cruz, 44, of 2982 W. CR 200S, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 7:30 p.m. Wednesday - Eden Racquel Pruitt, 20, homeless, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 10:04 p.m. Wednesday - Sherry Sue Abbott, 51, of 365 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:10 p.m. Wednesday - East Armstrong Road, 400 feet west of North 1st Street, Leesburg. Car hit NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Dorene J. Miller, 56, Bremen. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:30 a.m. Thursday - South Magee Road, 750 feet north of East CR 450S, Warsaw. Pickup hit tree. Driver: Hunter D. Miller, 21, East CR 1150S, South Whitley. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 8:25 a.m. Thursday - East Pierceton Road, 750 feet west of East Washington Road, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Joel M. Behl, 30, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
