• 7:29 p.m. Friday - Craig Randall Hurley, 31, of 202 S. Graceland Ave., Claypool, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $6,000.
• 4:24 p.m. Saturday - Elizabeth Carol Blair, 44, of 504 W. Neher Road, Silver Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:04 a.m. Sunday - Angel Daniel Paniagua, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:42 a.m. Sunday - Wesley David Sanford, 28, of 13937 CR 48, Syracuse, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol, disorderly conduct and resisting a law enforcement causing bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.
• 3 a.m. Sunday - Jeremy V. Cummings, 49, of 555 S. Nappanee St., Nappanee, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 2:48 p.m. Sunday - Michael Alan Garman, 41, of 33 EMS C2 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $6,000.
• 4:45 p.m. Sunday - Lisa Marie O’Donnell, 51, of 35 EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 7:37 p.m. Sunday - Noah Bryce Wootten, 23, of 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.
• 8:32 p.m. Sunday - Sabdiel Escalante Martinez, 24, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 3, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:37 p.m. Monday - Chiquita Monique Lane, 49, of 207 N. Neer Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for theft and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $23,000.

• 3:47 p.m. Sept. 8 - Intersection of North CR 175E and Vicky Lane, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jonas Barthelemy, 32, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; Amy M. Owens, 41, EMS C22 Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Barthelemy complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:26 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and South CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Corey M. Jent, 37, Columbia City; Amanda S. Plank, 36, West Wesley Lane, North Webster. Injury: A passenger in Plank’s vehicle, Conor Whetsel, 43, East Wesley Lane, North Webster, complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:34 p.m. Saturday - North CR 450E, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Jessica L. Bumgardner, 41, East CR 100S, Pierceton; Kolt Kyler, 17, East CR 750E, Pierceton. Injuries: Bumgardner had a fracture/dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot; Kyler had severe bleeding to the knee/lower leg/foot; passengers in Kyler’s vehicle, Holden Bradford, 17, East CR 500S, Warsaw, complained of pain to the entire body; and Klay Kyler, 14, East CR 750E, Pierceton, had a fracture/dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 2:48 p.m. Wednesday - East Center Street, 255 feet west of Taft Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Mark O. Wagley, 43, Fort Wayne; Bill R. Fruitt, 65, Ind. 13, North Manchester. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 5:23 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30, 1,580 feet east of Meijer Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Julia L. Vanhouten, 23, South Stonebridge Road, Warsaw; Hannah R. Ungerer, 19, Baugher Lake Drive, Larwill. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 11:58 a.m. Thursday - Intersection of Argonne Road and East Market Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Maria H. Duron, 64, East Pierceton Road, Winona Lake; Lucy M. Prater, 17, West Ind. 25, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
