• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday - David Alan Shadd, 34, Kimmell, arrested for felony failure to appear and on a bench warrant. Bond: $5,750.
• 8:08 p.m. Tuesday - Damien W. Flannery, 36, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:21 a.m. Wednesday - East CR 400S, 250 feet east of South Country Club Road, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Jeremy G. Shaw, 45, South Caldwell Lake Drive, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 9:47 p.m. Tuesday - A yard statue was reported stolen in the 300 block of East Himes Street, North Webster. KCSO.
• 12:23 a.m. Wednesday - Aggravated battery was reported in the 3300 block of East Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
