• Noon Wednesday - Curtis Jay Dial, 37, of 202 Stonewall Court, #4, Nappanee, arrested for felony failure to appear, sexual misconduct with a child 16-18 and child seduction. Bond: $27,500.
• 4:25 p.m. Wednesday - Ricky Anthony Johnson, 45, of 866 Pine Mills Road, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 7:21 p.m. Wednesday - Caleb William Shaffer, 23, of 1317 Wooster Road, Winona Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:52 p.m. Wednesday - Mark Michael Buhr, 35, New Haven, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and two charges of possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $6,000.
• 12:47 p.m. Thursday - Kevin Cleon Clark, 48, Fremont, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, false informing and two foreign warrants. Bond: $5,950.
• 2:12 p.m. Thursday - Jenna Marie Peace, 32, of 315 Ulrich Drive, Milford, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:55 p.m. Thursday - Julie A. Loubert, 49, of 5473 N. CR 400W, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $7,500.
• 4:52 p.m. Thursday - Carrie Ann Sechrist, 52, Elkhart, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond: $7,500.
• 6:46 p.m. Thursday - Justin Blake Rogers, 30, of 503 N. Jefferson St., Silver Lake, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 9:30 a.m. Friday - Gil Fabian Rodriguez, 32, Plymouth, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:22 a.m. Friday - Marino Cacahua, 49, of 1613 S. Briarwood Drive, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 11:18 a.m. Friday - Robert Keith Powell, 35, of 524 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 9:58 a.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 100 block of Poplar Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 11:54 a.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 9100 block of East Koher Road, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:51 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration in the 300 block of West Emeline Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 3:50 p.m. Thursday - An animal bite was reported in the 11600 block of North Candy Cane Lane, Cromwell. KCSO.
• 7:33 p.m. Thursday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:08 a.m. Friday - A welfare check was performed in the 9400 block of South Ind. 13, Claypool. KCSO.
