• 5:29 p.m. Sunday - Rebecca Beth Vanthoff, 62, Roann, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $700.
• 11:51 p.m. Sunday - Sylvester Kelvin Nnaluo, 36, Hanover Park, Ill., arrested for operating a vehicle with a controlled substance - first offense, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $15,000.
• 11:02 a.m. Monday - Nicholas Anthony Hicks, 26, Elkhart, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:41 p.m. Monday - Esteban Rosas, 28, of 907 E. Walnut St., Akron, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:39 p.m. Monday - Noah Emmanuel Akins, 34, of 106 E. Arthur St., Sidney, arrested for sex offender registration violation. Bond: $7,500.
• 2:51 p.m. Monday - Tony Alan Wallace Jr., 26, Columbia City, arrested for drug court violation. No bond set.
• 9:11 p.m. Monday - Lauren Marie Davis, 39, of 205 W. Dixie Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 8:17 a.m. Tuesday - Audrey Lynn Brown, 57, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:55 p.m. Tuesday - Kimberly Laura-Lynn Northern, 25, of 403 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for felony theft. Bond: $12,500.

• 1:01 p.m. Sept. 2 - North Ind. 13, 400 feet north of East CR 200N, Pierceton. SUV hit two mailboxes. Driver: Davey Daffron, 25, North Main Street, Syracuse. Injury: Daffron complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:22 p.m. Sept. 2 - North Zimmer Road, 500 feet north of Crescent Drive, Warsaw. Motorcycle hit two mailboxes. Driver: Robert Marshall, 18, Robin Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Marshall had an abrasion to the abdomen/pelvis. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
