• 1:54 p.m. Tuesday - Jayson Lamar Howey, 38, of 7881 E. CR 500S, Pierceton, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer - fighting, felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:36 p.m. Tuesday - Jose M. Rodriguez Mayorga, 28, Goshen, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday - Austin Samual Wood, 24, of 3658 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery with bodily injury to a pregnant family member. Bond: $10,250.
• 5:30 p.m. Tuesday - Dana Roberta Cox, 42, of 218 Argonne Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 5:41 p.m. Tuesday - Jesus Contreras-Nieto, 37, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery with serious bodily injury. Bond: $11,000.
• 6:27 p.m. Tuesday - Miguel Angel Espinoza, 18, of 1897 W. CR 200S, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 8:59 p.m. Tuesday - Daena J. Lefavour, 46, of 2010 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 10:24 p.m. Tuesday - Sydney Anne Eppert, 22, of 30 EMS B5A Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 3:25 a.m. Wednesday - Scott Lee Prater, 54, of 506 W. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. No bond set.

• 6:17 p.m. Tuesday - West Crystal Lake Road, 1,000 feet west of North CR 650W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Calvin D. Sherk, 56, South CR 400W, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:28 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Winona Avenue and South Scott Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Miguel Tecuatl, 35 Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw; Samuel A. Moody, 20, East Island View Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
