• 8:40 a.m. Sunday - Brandon I. Bermingham, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $700.
• 3:26 p.m. Sunday - Larry E. Konkle, 53, of 1108 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 4:29 p.m. Sunday - Mariah K. Owens, 20, of 121 Sophie Lane, Warsaw, arrested for shoplifting. Bond: $600.
• 5:52 p.m. Sunday - Dustin A. Brubaker, 32, of 7078 N. Ind. 14, Akron, arrested for impersonating a public servant. Bond: $500.
• 6:50 p.m. Sunday - Eric J. Cuevas Figueroa, 24, of 12354 N. Kern Road, Syracuse, arrested for simple assault. Bond: $600.
• 7:42 p.m. Sunday - Lance M. Jervis, 31, of 503 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 12:53 a.m. Monday - Dereck N. Ferrell, 27, South Whitley, arrested for driving while suspended, possession of a syringe and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $5,250.
• 1 a.m. Monday - Timothy J. O’Brien, 30, of 118 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:06 a.m. Monday - Johnny R. Greene, 57, of 5870 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension and possession of a syringe. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:32 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Old 30, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Candace J. Wolkins, 76, South CR 325E, Warsaw; Elena K. Ramirez, 17, East CR 650N, Leesburg. Injuries: Wolkins complained of pain in her chest and ribs but refused medical treatment; Ramirez complained of pain in her chest and chin but refused medical treatment; and two passengers in Ramirez’s vehicle, Tammy J. Ramirez, 46, East CR 650N, Leesburg, complained of neck pain but refused treatment, along with Nicodemus Ramirez, 15, East CR 650N, Leesburg, who had a minor bleeding on his lower leg, but also refused medical treatment. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:54 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, for shoplifting. Value: $40.73. WPD.
• 5:39 p.m. Sunday - A suicidal person was reported in the 3000 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:31 p.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 100 block of Robmar Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
