Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:40 p.m. Thursday - Doroteo Hernandez Ruiz, 24, of 521 S. McClellan St., #½, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $700.
• 4:56 p.m. Thursday - Steven James Burnworth Jr., 25, of 401 W. Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $12,500.
• 5:59 p.m. Thursday - Joshua Gregory Phillips, 29, of 305 S. Claypool St., Claypool, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 6:37 p.m. Thursday - Ian Robert Leake, 28, homeless, arrested for felony probation violation and on a bench warrant. Bond: $1,000.
• 4:18 a.m. Friday - Megan Catherine Thatcher, 28, of 1202 Wooster Road, #16, Winona Lake, arrested for burglary. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:33 a.m. Friday - Olivia Nicole Monreal, 28, of 7135 E. CR 125S, Pierceton, arrested for burglary and battery against a public safety official engaged in official business. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:59 a.m. Tuesday - South Country Club Road, 35 feet north of East Tulip Tree Drive, Warsaw. SUV-farm equipment collision. Drivers: Johnny L. Swanson, 83, Lake John Circle, Winona Lake; Charles L. Baker, 75, North CR 675E, North Webster. Injuries: Swanson complained of chest pain; Baker complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 12:23 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West CR 100S and South Ind. 25, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Avis Gunter, 97, West CR 600S, Claypool; Logan Greer, 23, EMS C30 Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Passenger in Greer’s vehicle, Elijah N. Pratt, 22, Elkhart, complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
