• 7:13 p.m. Wednesday - Nicholas John Himes, 43, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:25 p.m. Wednesday - Ramon Andra Hart II, 28, of 311 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.
• 10:52 p.m. Wednesday - Arthur Lee Barnett III, 23, Goshen, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 12:31 a.m. Thursday - Brian L. Cox, 49, of 10080 N. Turkey Creek Road, #11, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

• 10:32 a.m. Wednesday - Domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 in the 200 block of Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw was reported. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:59 p.m. Wednesday - Clothing and video footage were reported stolen in the 700 block of Anchorage Point Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:40 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle in the 8700 block of East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. WPD.
• 8:57 p.m. Wednesday - A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
