• 11:13 a.m. Thursday - James Douglas Cable, 47, homeless, arrested for sex offender residency violations. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:38 p.m. Thursday - Rebecca Jean Harwood, 29, Chicago, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $428.50.
• 12:48 p.m. Thursday - Lance Ronnie Boswell Jr., 34, of 302 W. Sycamore St., Silver Lake, arrested for fraud - home improvement felony. Bond: $17,500.
• 1:01 p.m. Thursday - Jonathan Dale Short, 27, Ligonier, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
• 2:25 p.m. Thursday - Mickey Dean Tubbs II, 25, of 8071 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 3:26 p.m. Thursday - Dustin Thomas Rose, 30, of 5841 S. CR 1000W, Mentone, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $2,750.
• 8:21 p.m. Thursday - Daniel Craig Holbrook, 24, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear on a felony, resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license, possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, possession of paraphernalia, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.
• 1:55 a.m. Friday - Alfred Walter Paul, 53, of 602 S. McClellan St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 2:29 a.m. Friday - Matthew Glenn Paloian, 33, Houston, Texas, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.
• 7:56 a.m. Friday - Lisa Marie Klinge, 37, of 205 W. Fifth St., Milford, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:08 a.m. Friday - Travis Belt, 29, of 309 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for theft of a vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 1:26 p.m. Friday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 48, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

• 5:17 p.m. Thursday - Intersection of Argonne Road and Durbin Street, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Madison N. Method, 19, North CR 100E, Warsaw; Katie N. Kleckner, 18, Camden; Dianna R. Elder, 55, South Woodland Lane, Warsaw. Injuries: Elder complained of head pain, but refused medical treatment at the time. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 6 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 950W, 500 feet north of West CR 1350N, Nappanee. Motorcycle lost control and left east side of roadway. Driver: James D. Walton, 30, West CR 500S, Claypool. Injuries: Walton was bleeding from head, left arm and left hip and was taken to Goshen General Hospital. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
