• 7:28 p.m. Friday - Michael Ray Miller, 51, of 606 W. Elm St., North Webster, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 1:51 a.m. Saturday - Casey Nichole Elliott, 27, Columbia City, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.

• 2 a.m. Saturday - Dwayne Michael Ohrt, 24, Rochester, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oii/hashish with a prior and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 2:09 a.m. Saturday - Luke Franklin Gingell, 24, Meamora, Mich., arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $15,000.

• 3:39 a.m. Saturday - Kristi Dawn Lawson, 49, of 207 S. Main St., Milford, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:50 p.m. Saturday - Marion Earl Beezley, 41, of 375 E. Palm Drive, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 6:35 p.m. Saturday - Drew Anthony Horn, 33, of 2702 E. CR 225S, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.

• 11:48 p.m. Saturday - Shane Michael Hovenden, 29, of 3350 E. CR 700S, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault, intimidation and criminal recklessness - shooting into an inhabited structure. No bond set.

• 4:04 a.m. Sunday - Alfredo Mauricio Perez, 34, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #38, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,700.

• 2:07 p.m. Sunday - Marco Antonio Diaz, 24, Goshen, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

Bernal, 51, East Old 30, Warsaw; Sandra R. Hartwell, 19, Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw. Injury: Waddle had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $25,000-$50,000.
