The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:57 p.m. Thursday - Justin Wayde SIede, 34, of 9752 S. Pheasant Place, Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor f ailure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 4:58 p.m. Thursday - Robert Castle Junior, 63, of 761 N. Colfax St., arrested for criminal trespass, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 5:37 p.m. Thursday - Jose Luis Antonio Hernandez, 25, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #92, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 6:36 p.m. Thursday - Eric James Garrett, 53, Yorktown, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:03 a.m. Friday - Kathleen Lynn Losee, 33, of 811 S. Main St., lot 3, North Webster, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $20,000.

• Noon Aug. 13 - Intersection of East Armstrong Road and North CR 475E, Leesburg. Dump truck left roadway and overturned. Driver: David Currie, 80, South Mary Leffern Street, North Webster. Injury: Currie had an abrasion to the head and was flown to a hospital in Fort Wayne Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:46 p.m. Aug. 15 - Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 600W, Nappanee. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Nikolai Popov, 23, Goshen; David W. Meister, 76, South Haven, Mich. Injuries: Meister complained of chest pain; passengers in Meister’s vehicle, Michael D. Meister, 44, Bremen, complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; and Peter J. Simons III, 77, Cedar Springs, Mich., had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.
• 2:20 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Detroit and Pope streets, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Stephen W. Ostiguy, 64, South CR 950W, Pierceton; Dave E. Wampler, 70, East CR 1175N, North Manchester. Injury: Wampler complained of neck pain. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
