• 7:18 p.m. Tuesday - Robert Allen James, 35, of 3750 Lake City Highway, #24, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with moderate bodily injury. Bond: $6,000.
• 12:31 a.m. Wednesday - Qutin Jerome Hill, 34, Detroit, Mich., arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 3 a.m. Wednesday - Gudey Yurbik Urbina-Lara, 26, of 121 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. No bond set.
• 10:20 a.m. Wednesday - Heather Marie Machlan, 48, Churubusco, arrested for community correction violation. No bond set.
• 11:09 a.m. Wednesday - Timothy Ray Ruggles, 48, of 814 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 1:17 p.m. Wednesday - Elizabeth M. Carey, 54, of 503 N. Thompson St., Bourbon, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:13 p.m. Tuesday - 1160 Executive Drive, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Rick A. Deeter, 59, West Wasp Way, Claypool; Rochelle D. Easterday, 37, North Mishawaka Street, Akron. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:45 a.m. Wednesday - 2209 N. CR 640W, Atwood. Truck hit southeast portion of roof of building. Driver: Matea Q. Sadat, 42, Santa Rosa, Calif. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
