• 6:15 p.m. Monday - Colt Anthony Johnson, 32, of 7576 W. Hoffman Lake Road, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:37 p.m. Monday - Maliek Jordan Raymer, 24, South Bend, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 9:35 a.m. Tuesday - Robert Allen Leer, 35, of 343 E. Madison St., North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. No bond listed.
• 11:33 a.m. Tuesday - Zwangendaba Nkosi, 23, of 216 St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

Injuries: A passenger in Simmons’ vehicle, 79, Wood Dale, Ill., complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 10:42 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Anthony M. Felke, 26, Plymouth; Diana K. Fjeld, 49, Indianapolis; Illon E. Davis, 28, South First Street, Pierceton. Injuries: Fjeld complained of neck pain; Davis complained of neck pain; a passenger in Fjeld’s vehicle, Kendall J.
