The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:12 a.m. Thursday – Ryan Allen Tarlton, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation. No bond set.
• 11:18 a.m. Thursday – Stephen Ray Harris, 29, of 5910 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested on parole violation. No bond set.
• 12:03 p.m. Thursday – James Charles Walsh, 39, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $164.
• 12:11 p.m. Thursday – Anthony Paul Price, 41, Bloomington, Ill., arrested for possession of marijuana and failure to appear. Bond: $20,260.
• 12:05 a.m. Friday – Kevin Yousef Dwayne Hudson, 22, of 404 N. Fuller St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 7:41 a.m. Friday - Kenny Lynn Ferguson, 46, Goshen, arrested for resisting law enforcement and failure to appear. Bond: $750.
• 5:21 p.m. Friday – Kevin Armand Frentner, 39, of 606 W. Elm St., North Webster, arrested for domestic battery in front of a child. Bond: $6,000.
