• 11:03 p.m. Wednesday - Bradford Wayne Scarbro, 33, of 20292 U.S. 6, Milford, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation and two charges of felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:19 p.m. Wednesday - Rosa Marie Rosas, 33, of 416 E. Walnut St., Akron, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 11:21 p.m. Wednesday - Kyle Colby Thompson, 34, of 3672 E. CR 1300N, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 11:32 p.m. Wednesday - Ray Bobkins Riley Jr., 35, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #4, Milford, arrested for strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. No bond set.
