• 9:19 p.m. Sunday – Scotty J. Whitaker, 44, of 2512 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 3:56 p.m. Sunday – U.S. 30, 80 feet east of Springhill Road, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Robert E. Leroy, 25, Mishawaka; Crystal L. Porter, 19, Osceola; Paul A. Taylor, 69, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Leroy was treated by medics on scene for pain and a cut on his left hand; Porter was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital for pain and further evaluation because she is pregnant. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:11 p.m. Sunday – Jalynn Street, 50 feet west of Ind. 15, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Ricki E. Parson, 71, Roann; Margaret T. Broderick, 73, Aqueduct Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 1:43 a.m. Sunday – A traffic stop in the 300 block of South Detroit Street, Warsaw, resulted in the arrest of an individual for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering another person. WPD.
• 4:20 p.m. Sunday – A warrant was requested after an employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported an individual was caught stealing pillows, coffee, onions and sheets. Value: $55.98. WPD.
• 7:19 p.m. Sunday – A felony battery with a deadly weapon was reported in the 100 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:19 p.m. Sunday – A residential entry report was filed in the 100 block of South Wood Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:29 p.m. Sunday – A woman reported the hull registration stickers were stolen off of her boat in the 500 block of Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse. Value: $105. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 8:06 a.m. Monday – An individual was cited for driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
