• 9:20 p.m. Tuesday - Nicolette Mae Shepherd, 25, of 677 Walter Way, #C, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 1:09 a.m. Wednesday - Kandice Ranae Ferguson, 18, of 201 E. Greenhaus Drive, #55, Syracuse, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. No bond set.
• 1:44 a.m. Wednesday - Anthony Wayne Pollard Jr., 54, of 9567 E. Adams Road, Pierceton, arrested for hindering law enforcement or harming another and visiting a common nuisance. No bond set.
• 2:04 a.m. Wednesday - Marissa Michelle Billings, 32, of 108 E. Market St., #3, Nappanee, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:47 a.m. Wednesday - David Charles Reed, 47, of 9811 N. Majesty Way, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, dealing a controlled substance, possession of a firearm, possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. • 4:04 a.m. Wednesday - Angel Christina Carpenter, 39, of 225 E. Deerwood Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 6:14 a.m. Wednesday - Ricci McKayla Rice, 23, of 701 S. CR 325E, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 and felony battery committed with a deadly weapon. No bond set.
• 9:34 a.m. Wednesday - Brendt Lewis Smith, 61, of 1100 W. Canal St., Winona Lake, arrested on a bench warrant. Bond: $500.
• 10:20 a.m. Wednesday - Curtis Wayne Hunley, 47, of 41 EMS T16B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.
