• 3:12 p.m. Tuesday - Ashley Nichole Davis, 28, Elkhart, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday - Chad Michael Raby, 35, Mishawaka, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:22 p.m. Tuesday - Charles Leon Clements, 47, of 711 N. Mill St., North Manchester, arrested for invasion of privacy and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $2,100.
• 11:31 p.m. Tuesday - Constance Lynn Morgan, 62, of 506 E. Northshort Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:19 a.m. Wednesday - Scott Michael Dingess, 35, North Manchester, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 10:48 a.m. Wednesday - Ronald Wayne Price, 48, of 503 W. Center St., apt. A, Warsaw, arrested for false informing. Bond: $1,500.

Schlemmer, 43, South Washington Street, Urbana. Injury: Prater complained of arm and shoulder pain was transported to the hospital. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 3:47 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center and North Lincoln streets, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Sherry L. Schaefer, 42, West High Street, Silver Lake; David G. Cox, 71, East Ridge Valley Drive. Injuries: Schaefer complained of abdomen/pelvis pain; Cox complained of pain to the entire body; passenger in Cox’s vehicle, Cathy S. Cox, 68, East Ridge Valley Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
