• 9:41 a.m. Sunday - Amanda Lynn Cantwell, 41, of 491 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for theft with a prior conviction. Bond: $7,500.
• 3:51 p.m. Sunday - Kyle Owen Johnson, 39, of 118 E. Haiden Drive, Syracuse, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:46 p.m. Sunday - Marcos Miguel Mejia, 26, of 2805 E. Lapoint Drive, Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2 a.m. Monday - Jordan Curtis Gregory, 35, Rochester, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

•7:30 p.m. Sunday - Ind. 15 at mile marker 0 South, Warsaw. Motorcycle went into ditch. Driver: Dustin J. Cloud, 36, East CR 950N, Syracuse. Injuries: Cloud had a fracture/dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot; passenger Heather A. Hildabridle, 33, West CR 200S, Mentone, was unconscious and flown to a hospital in Fort Wayne. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:30 p.m. Friday - 1275 W. Lake St., Warsaw. SUV hit fence. Driver: Christopher A. Fancil, 52, North Camelot Trail, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:15 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Car hit truck, which left the scene. Remaining driver: Leisa A. Norman, 63, North Broadway Street, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 3:20 p.m. Saturday - 2473 Jalynn St., Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Desrea M. O’Grady, 24, Ligonier; Jerry L. Smith, 85, East Oldfield Drive, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 7:21 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of Lake City Highway and Meijer Drive, Warsaw. SUV-minivan collision. Drivers: Isidro D. Colin, 19, New Haven; Karen A. Birdwell, 76, Lake Wales, Fla. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 8:37 p.m Sunday - A custody complaint was reported in the 200 block of East School Street, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 9:11 a.m. Sunday - A warrant was served in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:30 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.
