• 12:54 p.m. Tuesday - Vincent Corey Banks, 56, of 4873 E. Ind. 14, Claypool, arrested for child molestation. Bond: $50,250.
• 1:13 p.m. Tuesday - Scott Lee Prater, 52, of 2512 E. CR 225S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear for a misdemeanor. Bond: $5,000.
• 2:43 p.m. Tuesday - Stacy Jo Levan, 45, Jones, Mich., arrested for possession of a legend drug or precursor. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:46 p.m. Tuesday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 48, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication by alcohol or drugs. Bond: $400.
• 3:10 p.m. Tuesday - Traci Leigh Callahan, of 603 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 3:50 p.m. Tuesday - Michael Raymon Franklin, 41, Charlotte, N.C., arrested for nonsupport of dependant/child violations. Bond: $12,000.
• 2:23 a.m. Wednesday - Yossely Tinoco, 19, of 513 Prairie Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 10:17 a.m. Wednesday - Casey Wade Collins, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 10:46 a.m. Wednesday - Mallory Lynn Zellmer, 27, of 1808 Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for a probation violation of a misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 7:05 p.m. Tuesday - West Henry Street, 75 feet south of North Parkway Drive, Syracuse. SUV hit pedestrian. Driver: Kevin D. Warren. Injury: Pedestrian Dimetrie Hoskins, 5, Goshen, suffered several scrapes, bruises and a fractured right foot and was taken to Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000.
