• 9:54 p.m. Wednesday - Johnathon Michael Stump, 26, of 107 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:56 p.m. Wednesday - Brenda Darlene Stump, 61, of 107 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 11:01 p.m. Wednesday - Kelsea Leigh Carver, 24, of 11918 N. Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. No bond set.
• 11:15 p.m. Wednesday - Victoria Nicole See, 29, of 5219 E. CR 500N, Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 11:31 p.m. Wednesday - Gabrielle Renee Hull, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, felony battery - bodily waste, refusal to identify self while stopped and disorderly conduct. No bond set.
• 12:45 a.m. Thursday - Tyler James Niles, 33, Kimmell, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.
• 10 a.m. Thursday - Samuel Effien Alvarez, 42, of 1822 Crescent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior suspension in the 7900 block of East CR 500N, North Webster. WLPD.
• 7:35 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant in the 5100 block of North CR 850E, North Webster. WPD.
• 9:29 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for felony battery with bodily waste, disorderly conduct and operating a vehicle while intoxicated in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. WLPD.
• 2:25 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
